Payment Options

Credit/Debit Card

Credit or debit card processing is made via Stripe. We do not store your payment information, it gets securely sent to Stripe's servers. You can read more about their service at Stripe.com

PayPal

You can either pay using your PayPal account or checkout as a PayPal guest. Our servers do not see your payment information - it is securely sent to PayPal.

Product Information

Although we make every attempt to ensure the product in the picture exactly represents the product you are buying, the colours you see will depend on your monitor, so we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. The measurements for sizes are approximate and carry an uncertainty. Goods are subject to availability. We will fully refund any goods ordered that turn out to be out of stock.

Returns

You may return items within 7 days for a full refund after shipping costs are deducted. When exchanging an item, you are responsible for paying for the postage back to us and also the postage back to you.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Delivery

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by 3rd party companies who deliver your items.
